Answer to yesterday’s question…

At the end of my last  post, I asked: What’s next?

I have an answer to that!

Moving.

In anticipation of having some hefty expenditures on this wedding, James and I decided it would be best if I went ahead and moved in with him.

This means breaking the lease at my apartment complex. I went and talked with the ladies in the office and they talked with me about what I needed to do. I signed the appropriate paperwork and was prepared to pay some money over the next few months if I couldn’t get anyone in the apartment to take over my lease. I posted my apartment on Craigslist, and on Facebook‘s Marketplace.

A response came through Craigslist, and this person went and applied for the apartment. And lo and behold–the apartment is taken. I am to be out at the end of the month. Packing has started. My mom came up last Saturday and we started packing up boxes. We got the majority of my office, kitchen, and living room packed up.

I have started commuting to and from work. I’ll be living an hour from my work again, it’s time to remember how to commute….thank goodness for Sirius Satellite radio.

In between working and travel for work, I’ll be packing and moving boxes.

After purchasing THE dress, I feel like we are well on our way to getting things under control. Next up to the plate…
